That San Clemente property has the most overblown, ridiculous description! Most gorgeous curb appeal??? It's a 30-year old tract house, sold as-is, and it looks like mostly original. It's not that great of a neighborhood - freeway noise, etc. Shorecliffs Golf Course is in terrible shape.
